Spark is super stoked to announce the location of its new home, SparkStudio!
Located at 240 South Broadway in the historic Imperial Building, SparkStudio will be Spark Theater’s hub for classes, rehearsals, readings, and intimate performances. Designed to give patrons an experience impossible to replicate in larger theaters, the 30-seat house will allow audience members to enjoy a night out in a boutique-style theater unlike any other in the area. Authentic architectural details like original moulding, hardwoods, and exposed brick from 1891 greet patrons in the 2nd floor space, lending the whole experience the feeling of attending a performance in a small New York City loft or hidden speakeasy.
Blocks from the heart of the South Broadway restaurant and entertainment district, patrons will be able to walk to/from some of Denver’s coolest restaurants and bars while experiencing a show at SparkStudio. Free street parking and easy access from all directions make it convenient for theater patrons wanting a night on the town without dealing with downtown traffic.
