Tickets

To help keep costs low for our patrons, Spark does not use an outside ticketing service that charges you a service fee, but rather we try to keep it simple and cost effective for you by using only Pay Pal.  For Your Tickets: Print the Pay Pal Purchase Receipt that you will receive by email (not the Spark confirmation email with our ticket policies that you also receive) and bring that with you to the show (it will list your name, show date purchased for and number of purchased tickets). This will be your ticket/tickets to get in, everyone will need a paper ticket for entrance to the show. If you do not receive a pay pal receipt confirmation email then your transaction has not gone through. If you have any issues with your ticket purchase, please email us at Info@sparktheater.org, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Walk Ins: We do take walk ins for our shows if space is available, exact change cash only at the door.  
  1. Step One: Find the show and date you’d like to attend
  2. Step Two: Choose the number of tickets, and click “Add to Cart” (Repeat this step as many times as you need if you’re buying for multiple dates. Depending on your browser, page may refresh between items) Please be sure you are able to make the date you’ve selected. We are not able to make ticket exchanges. 
  3. Step Three: Once you’ve chosen all your tickets, CLICK HERE TO CHECKOUT

Ticket Policies

We try to keep things pretty simple when it comes to ticketing (why make life more complicated, right?) So here are our basic rules about tickets:   All reservations must be pre-paid: To secure your ticket please purchase through our website. Unreserved tickets can be purchased at the door if seats are available (exact change cash only at the door), we are a small theater and seating can sell out quickly.   All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges: It’s a small theater, so trying to move tickets around after we already have a head count is a nightmare. Exchanges may be permitted for true Emergency Situations and are only accepted 24 hours in advance of curtain. If you can’t make it and you call or email ahead, we can make your money a tax-deductible donation instead.   Exact Change Cash Only at the door: There are ATMs nearby. Having to run a credit card at the show adds time to getting people seated, and since we don’t have a separate “box office”, we don’t have anywhere to put a credit card machine anyway.   In case of emergency: If there’s a weather emergency and we have to close down the show, we’ll find another night for you to come. If we have to cancel a show due to bad weather/emergencies then we will contact you by  the email or phone number you listed for us at the time of your purchase.   No late seating!!! We have no way to sneak you into the theater after we have started, so please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance to allow you time to settle in. We also cannot hold the show for you…sorry, it wouldn’t be fair to everyone else!
